This isn’t just menopause, empty nesting, and stress.
It’s decades of survival responses held in your chest, your breath, your bones.
Beyond the Surface is a $22 self-paced journey that gently helps you to begin to become aware of what your nervous system has carried — and reconnect to the woman underneath the coping.
Inside, you’ll find breathwork, movement, and somatic tools designed for midlife women who are ready for more peace, more presence, and more self.
Start here.
Start slow.
Start safe.
You kept the peace. Met the expectations. Carried the roles, the pressure, the weight. And now… your body is asking for something different. Not another to-do list. Not another version of “holding it all.” It’s asking for stillness. For softness. For space to finally exhale. This isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. This is your moment.
✧ You’ve held everything for everyone — for decades.
Now your body is waving a white flag. Tension. Racing thoughts. Exhaustion masked as overachievement. You’re moving through life like a bear is chasing you — always on edge, always performing. You say it’s just burnout. Or menopause. But deep down, you know… it’s something deeper. It’s survival mode — and you’re still living in it.

Hi, I’m Debbie Golden —
A woman who lived in survival mode for far too long… and finally found her way home.
For decades, I was the good girl, the strong one, the one who held it all together. I raised three children. Built a business. Did my time in corporate. Survived two divorces — including one that left me emotionally shattered.
And like so many midlife women…
I wore every role like armor. Performer. Provider. Fixer. Achiever. But beneath all the doing, I was unraveling. I lived in a constant state of adrenaline. Always scanning for the next threat. Always proving, pushing, performing — just to feel like I was enough.
My nervous system was stuck in survival mode…and I didn’t even know it. Like many women, I reached midlife expecting relief —but what came was emptiness. Exhaustion. A deep ache for something more.
It wasn’t just menopause. It wasn’t just empty nesting. It was my body crying out for safety. Stillness. Space. And for the first time, I started to listen.
I found somatic healing and nervous system regulation —
and everything changed.
I stopped pushing. I softened. I breathed. I remembered the woman who I wanted to be.
Now, I guide other women through the same return —
Not to become someone new, but to reclaim the wholeness that’s always been within.
Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to feel safe enough to come home to yourself.
This work isn’t just what I do.
It’s who I am.
It’s sacred.
It’s science.
And it’s your birthright.
